"content" : "2021年3月12号，在临沂购车，购车价格56300元，提车第二天，我去临沂通达路售后安装厂家送的摄像头，结果把我的后面装饰条给我打了孔，并且还没安装成功，后来三番五次的让我过去，一个多月才等到配件，把我的倒车影像安装好，重点是给我换了一个车机，说是车机影像有问题，新车就出现问题！提车后不到三个月空调突然不制冷，联系厂家客服，说是让我去售后，随之我去了售后，检查发现说是压缩机坏了，说需要申请厂家质保，理赔一个新的压缩机，7个工作日，结果等了半个月压缩机都没来，打400售后投诉，没有任何工作人员回复，最终20多天，压缩机到售后，给我换上新的压缩机之后，还是不制冷，最后闹了个乌龙，说是插头碰掉了，第一个就没坏，我也是呵呵了！后续的小问题就更多，充电口老是打不开，玻璃上升下降的时候抖动，异响，车机离线，总是没网络，更可气的是保养用的油，1升装的350元，就是简简单单的齿轮油，售后说，不在售后换，没有质保！后视镜总成不带加热，不带折叠1350，买车后介绍了好几个客户，官方说每个客户给5000个能量用于换购商品，一个能量也没见到。仪表盘玻璃脱落，螺丝都没有，车窗黑色饰纸被太阳晒的褶皱，总而言之，售后无人回复，售前解决不了。",
